The extended abstracts (max. 4 pages) will be published in IEEE. The selective outstanding papers presented at the conference, after further revision, will be considered for publication in JESTECH journal by ELSEVIER which is classified with SCI-E and JOMCOM Journal of Millimeterwave Communication, Optimization and Modelling.
Safranbolu, which has been under the rule of the Turks since the beginning of the 14th century, became an important center of trade between Asia and Europe, especially in the 18th century. This city, which is an unspoiled example of Turkish urban history, is on the UNESCO World Heritage List as one of the rare cities that has been declared a site with its traditional urban texture, wooden masonry houses and monumental structures.
